Office hours of the RV dealers we represent are generally 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and until noon or later on Saturday. Offices are closed on Sundays and holidays. No departures or returns can be scheduled on these days unless prior arrangements are made on a case by case basis.

Vehicle departure time is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM.
Vehicle drop off time is between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM only. Returns after 11:00 am will be subject to a late return fee of $65 per hour.

The Rental Day is based on number of nights the vehicle is used. Each night constitutes a rental day.

Our daily rates are shown on the pricing page and decrease as the number of rental nights increase. These rates DO NOT apply to special or sporting events, holidays or disaster assistance rentals such as in the case of a hurricane. Most special events have “package rates” which include all charges. Please call for these rates.

No refunds will be made for early returns, late pickups, or unused miles.
Notice: Estimated rental charge prepayment may be required in full in advance for special rental events, such as music festivals, auto race events, and gatherings in remote areas.

A minimum security deposit of $500-$1000 is due at the time of booking. All bookings made within 60 days of departure require payment in full at the time of booking. Total estimated rental charges are payable at departure if booked outside the 60 day period except for special event booking, which will also require payment in full. For certain rentals security deposits will be increased. Your credit card may have a daily limit. Please check with your credit issuing authority in advance to ensure coverage of all charges. There is no refund for any payments made in the event of a cancellation unless it is cancelled on our part (which will only occur in the event of breakdown on the rented coach or a disaster such as a hurricane.) However any cancellation on renter’s part shall carry as a credit toward a future rental for one year from the original booking dates. Cancellation on our part will cause an immediate refund of all charges or a credit toward a future rental at your discretion.

Most motorhomes are equipped with generators. A generator is not necessary for normal vehicle operation and is subject to frequent service interruption. If customer chooses to use generator, extra charges above the allowed use will accrue at $3 per hour as determined by an installed running time meter.

Vehicles are restricted from operation in Death Valley and other desert areas during hot periods. Damage waivers are voided should this rule be violated. Customer will also be held liable for all damages to vehicle, tires, towing charges, and all other related expenses as a result of a breakdown associated with operating in these areas. During certain periods, these areas are not habitable and could pose a danger to the customer and passengers. Vehicles are not allowed on "logging" and other non-public roads, and selected highways such as the Apache Trail in Arizona.
Due to restrictions on vehicle heights, propane gas and parking, vehicles with propane are not permitted in Manhattan and are not permitted to travel through any underground or underwater tunnels. Violations of these restrictions void damage waivers and customer may also be held liable for all damages and all other related expenses.
Renter is held responsible for any operation in hilly or mountain areas. Not all legal paved roads are suitable for use by a vehicle such as a motorhome. Renter will be responsible for damage or excessive wear on breaks or other componants when operating in these areas. Renter is also responsible for all damage due to excessive weight being carried in the motorhome.

Towing is permitted for motorhomes specifically equipped with a receiver hitch. No towing apparatus or hook-up services are provided under any circumstances. Customer must declare intention to tow prior to departure and warrant that towing weight is within 2,500 lb. tow weight restrictions. A nominal towing charge will be imposed. The insurance policy provides no collision or liability coverage for damage to the towed object or for third- party injury inflicted by the towed object, under any circumstances.

The customer is responsible for checking engine oil, fluids, and coolant levels at each refueling, as well as reporting mechanical failures immediately. Customers may be held responsible for mechanical damage due to negligence in vehicle operation or failure to provide normal maintenance. In the event the vehicle is in breakdown repair for 12 hours or more, through no fault of the customer, our responsibility to customer is limited to refund of daily rate or portion thereof. Radio, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave and appliances, cruise control, and generator malfunctions are not considered breakdowns and no refunds are available for repair time to these items. This is explained further in the supplemental disclosure part of the rental agreement, and in the vehicle breakdown policy guide furnished at signing or upon request. Renter is to return all parts replaced during the rental that should need to be replaced unless disposal is approved by the renting dealer.
